**WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS ?**
International Shipping Information
Shipping costs:
Drawings, unframed watercolor paintings on paper and others graphic artworks which ship in “document type” parcels:
Drawings and graphics are sent in thick, well-protected envelopes with additional protection in film and a hard backing. It has an additional sticker “do not bend”
- 10-15 USD (depends on post zone)
Ships in a cardboard box:
This item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible.
- 25-45 USD (depends on size of the painting, frame weight and box weight)
Ships in a tube
This item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
**WHAT ARE MY RETURN OPTIONS?**
- Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:
- Original Artwork: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery
- Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted
- Return shipments must be shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
- Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once we receive the artwork
- All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD
- Artworks sold on sale and having a discount of more than 20% – not eligible for returns
- Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase
