This item made similar to Vintage Illuminated Manuscript and is a hand painted copy of one of page of mediaeval Minnesingers Codex from Heidelberg library, Germany.
The miniature is a beautifully detailed small watercolor on paper depicting a abduction and chase scene from Codex Manesse (1305-1340 years).
Painting is nicely done with great coloring in illuminated manuscript medieval style. The A4 size measures 21.0 x 29.7cm, (8.27 x 11.69 inches). There is no glass, no frame.
